The following charitable gift options are available through the Miller-Dwan Foundation and qualify for membership in our Legacy of the Heart society.

 

Will/Living Trust

You can name the Miller-Dwan Foundation as a beneficiary in a new or revised estate plan.  Click here to learn more.

 

Gift Annuity Arrangement

A gift annuity agreement for a Charitable Gift Annuity or Deferred Gift Annuity can be made for a minimum of $10,000.

 

Trust

A gift in the form of a Charitable Remainder Trust or Charitable Lead Trust can be established for a minimum of $50,000.

 

Life Insurance

The Miller-Dwan Foundation can be the sole or partial beneficiary or owner of a life insurance policy.

 

Retirement Plan

The Miller-Dwan Foundation can be named the sole or partial beneficiary of qualified retirement plans.

 

Life Estate
